 A refreshingly sweet raspberry martini with a punchy peach base.
50g Raspberries
Large Peach
6-8 Mint Leaves
30ml Peach Schnapps
A Pinch of MyMatcha
30ml Gin

Add a few drops of schnapps to a pinch of MyMatcha boost powder to make the paste. Juice the raspberries and peach taking care to remove all the pips. Using a cocktail shaker shake the juice, gin and schnapps and MyMatcha over ice until the outside of the shaker becomes frosty. Pour into a chilled martini glass and finish with a garnish of raspberry and mint.
