How To Make Ultrathick Matcha

A minimum of one gram (1/2 a teaspoon) of MyMatcha Original Skinny Tea and one to two ounces of water is a good starting point for super thick MyMatcha. Although there are thicker ratios, it's best to start small and find a mix that feels the best for you.

Begin by sifting your MyMatcha into a bowl and adding a little hot water, whisking it briefly. Add more hot water, a little at a time, and whisk again in short bursts until it reaches the consistency that you like best.

Swirl it vigorously, like wine, then enjoy the moment.
